Relax, rejuvenate and restore balance with this gentle yoga practice that offers the body a chance to slow down and tap into passive healing.

Cancellation Policy

If you should cancel or no-show a booked class/appointment 12 hours or less before the class/appointment start time, there will be an automatic $15 late fee charge applied to the card on file. If no card on file, you will be invoiced the $15 late fee and it would need to be settled before your next class booking.
